We raise Shetland Sheep on our farm nestled in the Swift River Valley of central Massachusetts. Shetlands, an endangered breed, produce a lustrous, soft crimpy fleece in a wide range of colors that can be used in its natural state with stunning results (as was done originally in the Shetland Islands) or overdyed to produce colors that range from subtle to vibrant. We provide fleeces, rovings, and yarns to handspinners and also have registered breeding stock available.
